Responsibilities:
- Floor care, either vacuuming, shampooing, dust mopping or wet mopping

- Perform regular security rounds of the building and grounds

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Finance, this role is responsible for developing revenue analysis, reporting systems, preparing complex financial and operational analysis and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally, this role will help support the accounting department on a monthly basis. The role is key in driving predictability, accountability and analysis throughout organization.
This position will assist the Finance team in financial reporting and accounting reconciliations, as well as with the preparation of operating budgets, strategic planning, development and financing of capital projects in the senior living industry. This role also prepares and analyzes statistical data, turnover, employment agency, and overtime reports for department managers, administration and physicians. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with all levels of management. The role requires a high level of independent judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Pay: $31-$36 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Finance team in financial reporting and accounting reconciliations
- Assists in the preparation of financial models for executive management, investors, and lenders
- Provides general accounting support as necessary; AP, AR, Payroll, and filing duties
- Acts as the back up in the event of absence of Payroll Coordinator, AR Specialist, and AP Clerk
- Works directly with management in the development of the operating budget, and strategic plans, proposals and presentations
- Assists finance department in the coordinating and managing the information flow to and from third parties (i.e. sellers, buyers, owners, bankers, etc.)
- Provides information to executive leadership by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations
- Spearheads the budget cycle kickoff with managers and obtains all necessary information as necessary
- Performs all necessary reporting as assigned
- Assists both campuses (Rockwood South Hill and Rockwood at Whitworth) with financial related questions
- Attend/complete all required training and in-services
- Upholds the Five Keys of Quality Service at Rockwood in all interactions with staff and residents
- Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of business experience including financial analysis, accounting, and/or operations
- Previous relevant work experience and a degree in progress may be accepted in lieu of a completed degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, particularly Excel
- Knowledge in Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics is recommended
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
