Our Medicare certified, licensed Skilled Nursing facilities offer long- and short-term care for senior residents who need rehabilitation services or who suffer from serious or persistent health issues, that are too complicated to be tended to at home or in Assisted Living. In addition to personalized care, residents enjoy daily activities, visitations from resident volunteers and staff, healthy meals and monthly celebrations, which all contribute to maintaining the highest quality of life possible.
Skilled nursing residents require individualized meal plans, exercise plans, and other specific recovery essentials. Therapists and nursing staffs are on-site to provide medical attention to each resident. At Rockwood South Hill, we understand that residents need more than just the necessities. Activities and additional learning are apart of our LiveWell Program that enhance a healthy body and mind.
We provide 24-hour care delivered by a licensed nurse and certified nursing assistants who are always on site.
New residents may move directly into Skilled Nursing, following a health evaluation.
