The assisted living Apartments at the Ridge are senior care apartments located within the Rockwood South Hill 90-acre campus in Spokane. Our community is based on developing individual, comprehensive care plans, involving the resident, our highly skilled nursing staff, your personal physician, and family. After a health evaluation, we provide the right amount of support for daily living, along with encouragement and activities to help you be successfully independent as much as possible. Our caring staff will assist with dining, dressing, medications, bathing and other daily living activities.
We also provide 24-hour care delivered by a licensed nurse and certified nursing assistants who are always on site to deliver and manage a wide variety of medical needs and conditions if the need arises. We're here to enhance the residents quality of life and well-being.
New residents may move directly into Assisted Living following a health evaluation.
