Duplexes and Homes
If an apartment is not your preference,
there are also six independent living duplexes and 20
homes (Hawthorne Court) built around a beautifully landscaped
courtyard with four different floor plans available.
With fully equipped kitchens, residents may cook
at home or enjoy a wonderful meal in the restaurant-style
dining room.
Home and yard upkeep are in the hands of the capable
staff.
A full schedule of activities led by our staff is
available, and transportation is convenient on the
community's private bus.
When extra help is needed, our Assisted
Living Program allows residents to remain in their
apartments and receive daily help with challenges such as dressing, taking medications, bathing, and other activities. When more help is desired or health challenges arise, there is a 20-bed skilled nursing center for temporary or permanent care. Rockwood at Hawthorne is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
