Rockwood at Hawthorne provides an Assisted Living Program in your apartment so there is no need to move if your needs change, and a newly renovated and expanded 20-bed skilled nursing center.

Rockwood South offers specially equipped assisted living apartments, Rockwood Suites and the Fireside Suites, and in our new Rockwood Health and Wellness Center, a unique assisted living state-of-the-art facility, Rockwood Courtyard for Specialized Care, for advanced memory loss, and Rockwood Atrium for Skilled Nursing, both residentially designed and furnished.
